Alison, formerly an English teacher, trained as a bookbinder at the London College of Printing in the 1990s.  She started working part-time at Shepherds while she was still at college, and after qualifying with a diploma began working as a forwarder in the workshop.  She has now been with the company for 12 years and now runs the bindery at Rochester Row and our new workshop near Pewsey in Wiltshire.

Alison is a Director of the company.
